• Certain items, such as digital products or personalized items, cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

• We will provide instructions for returning your product.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

• Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.
• Please follow the return process first and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
